Sessions case called. All accused are declared as Proclaimed Offenders (P.Os). DDPP for the State is present. PWs ASI/Complainant Sikandar Ali and Eye-witness/Mashir Imtiaz Ali are already examined. ASI/IO Ghulam Murtaza Jarwar and WHC Muhammad Umar are present. ASI/IO Ghulam Murtaza Jarwar examined at Ex.08. He produced entries, RC and FSL report at Ex.08/A to 08/D respectively. WHC Muhammad Umar also examined at Ex.09 recorded under Section 512 CrPC. Learned DDPP for the State moved application to keep the case on dormant as all the accused are declared as P.Os.
