This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Liaquat Ali Bhurgri advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Nisar son of Shah Nawaz, 02-Muham Nawaz son of Shafi Muhammad, 03-Sanaullah son of Muhammad, 04-Hameedullah son of Sharif, 05-Allah Bakksh son of Gaahi Khan, 06-Zafarullah son of Deen Muhammad all by caste Markhand, in Crime No.04/2026 of PS Sanjar Bhatti for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,452,504,147,148 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 14.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused 01-Nisar, 02-Muhammad Nawaz, 03-Sanaullah and 04-Allah Bakhsh have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. While applicants/accused Hameedullah and Zafarullah have not furnished the required surety. |
