This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Pirzada advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Imdad @ Imdad Ali son of Abdul Sattar, 02-Wazir @ Wazir Ali son of Muhammad Bachal, 03-Zulfiqar @ Zulfiqar Ali son of Muhammd Punhal @ Punhal Khan, 04-Muhammad Khan son of Khan Muhammad, 05-Bashir Ahmed @ Bashir son of Shafi Muhammad all by caste Jatoi in Crime No.31/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 399,402,324,353,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 12.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
