Mr. Muhammad Siddique Bangwar advocate filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of applicant/accused Aslam. Order. Notice to DDPP , notice waived by DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.14. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.15 that accused Aslam son of Shah Dost Bangwar is hereby acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. The accused is present in custody through video link and is remanded back along with acquittal intimation with a direction to jail authorities to release him forthwith in this case only and if not to be detained in any other case. |
