The DH side has filed the titled execution application against Pakistan International Airline. The execution proceedings arise out of a matter which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of District Malir. It is essential to mention here that all cases pertaining to Pakistan International Airline fall within the jurisdiction of District Malir. In light of the Circular issued by the Hon???ble High Court of Sindh, Karachi vide reference No. RHC/Gaz/Circular dated 11.03.2026, whereby the District & Sessions Courts of Sindh shall observe a five-days working week (Monday to Friday), and Fridays are reserved for urgent matters only; Today being Friday, the matter is not taken up for regular hearing. The case is hereby adjourned to 13.04.2026 for the same purpose in light of the above referred circular. |

Hence, in the attending circumstances, it would be appropriate to make a reference of the titled execution application to the Worthy District Judge for transferring the same to the District having proper jurisdiction.
