Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by the DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.16. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.17 that accused Sabz Ali son of Mouj Ali by caste Bajkani is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC and he shall be released forthwith in this case only and if he is not required in any other case. |
