Learned appellant court issue direction for recording evidence of one namely Mr. Arshad from defendant side, vide judgment dated 16.1.25 this court after receiving R&P of family suit maintain the diary, issue direction to defendant to produce his witness namely Arshad, however since then defendant side is failed to produce his witness and matter is pending after the receiving R&P of the same stage.
