Sessions Case called. Accused (1) Irshad son of gaji Khan Bullo is present on bail. While other accused (2) Parvez son of Arbab (3) Sajid son of Ghulam Haider (4) Malik son of Ghualm Haider (5) Faiq son of Shahzado (6) Muhammad Zaman son of Ghulam Mustafa (7) Yaseen son of Kamaluddin (8) Nazeer Ahmed son of Kamaluddin (9) Ali Gohar son of Arbab and (10) Bakhshyal son of Arz Muhammad all by caste Bulla are absconding and already declared as proclaimed offenders. The I/C ADPP for the State is present. Charge against present accused framed (Exh 5). Plea of accused recorded (Exh 5/A). On issuance and return of process, PW-01 complainant HC Ghulam Ali PW-02 PC-711 Abdul Ghaffar Abro, PW-03 I/O ASI Sher Muhammad Abro appeared and examined (Exh 6 to Exh 8). The I/C ADPP for the State has submitted statement for closing the side (Exh 10). Final arguments heard. Judgment passed on separate sheet (Exh 11) and announced. The present accused Irshad is acquitted in terms of section 265-H(i) Cr.p.C. He is present on bail. His bail bonds are cancelled and surety discharged. While the case against proclaimed offenders be kept on dormant file till their arrest or otherwise and perpetual warrants be also issued for 08.10.2026. |
