It is reflected from the record that earlier a formal reference regarding the above-titled suit was made to the worthy District Judge, Karachi East. Connected matter Civil Suit No. 2688/2024, had already been transferred to the Court of the Worthy 19th Civil Judge, Karachi East. The plaintiff's counsel pointed out that the plaintiff's side and the defendant's side had each made respective applications U/O 13 rule 2 R/w Section 151 CPC, attaching lists of witnesses and documents. Both sides have raised no objections to the respective applications of the other side. Order passed on separate sheet. In view of the no-objection, the applications are allowed, subject to law and admissibility.
