Sessions Case called. Accused (1) Rehmatullah @ Rahmat son of Mehboob Bheri is produced by the Jail authority on issuance of production warrant. While accused (2) Shoukat Ali son of Andal (3) Barkat son of Andal (4) Meer Ahmed son of Rahzan (5) Ihsan son of Rahzan (6) Bharo son of Rahzan (7) Farooque son of unknown Jageerani (8) Mushtaque son of Gul Muhammad Solangi (9) Soomar son of Mukhtiar Solangi are absconding and declared proclaimed offender. The I/C ADPP for the State is present. Mr LIaquat Ali Malano advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of present accused, which is taken on record. Charge against present accused framed (Exh 2). Plea of accused recorded (Exh 2/A). On issuance and return of process, PW-01 ASI Akbar Ali Meerani, PW-02 eye witness/mashir HC-879 Muhammad Rafique, PW-03 Ali Hassan and I.O SIP Mazhar Hussain appeared and examined (Exh 3 to Exh 6). The learned I/C ADPP for the State has submitted statement for closing the side (Exh 7). The statement of accused under section 342 Cr.P.C recorded (Exh 8). Final arguments heard. Judgment passed on separate sheet (Exh 9) and announced in open court. Accused Rehmatullah @ Rahmat son of Mehboob Bheri is acquitted in terms of section 265-H(i) Cr.P.C by extending benefit of doubt. Accused who has been produced under custody is remanded back to District Prison Ghotki for his acquittal in this case forthwith if he is no more required in another case/crime. However, case against proclaimed offenders be kept on dormant file till their arrest or otherwise and perpetual warrants be also issued for 08.10.2026. |
