Crl.B.A u/s 497, Cr.P.C of applicant/accused Sajid Hussain s/o Suhrab, by caste Bhayo is called. Mr.Gahi Khan Bangwar, Learned ADPP for the State is present. Statement filed by learned advocate of applicant/accused and undertakes that DSCs produced by the surety is genuine one, therefore, provisionally surety may be accepted in the interest of justice.
