Crl: Case called. Accused person namely Muhammad Usman is declared as proclaimed offender. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Today case is fixed for evidence u/s 512-Cr.P.C. Summons issued upon PWs but same is returned un-executed. complainant and PWs are absent. Then learned ADPP has also submitted statement that he may produce evidence after arrest of accused at Ex.05. Therefore, looking into above facts and circumstances of the case it seems that; there is no likelihood of the arrest and appearance of accused in near future, so considering the material available on record, I am of the humble opinion that further proceeding of this case is nothing else, except wastage of precious time of the Court, therefore, it is ordered under para 2(2) of the Part A of the Chapter VI of the federal capital and Sindh Criminal Circular that the case may be dropped from the regular file and be kept on the dormant file till the accused arrested and brought before the Court. Copy of order forwarded to the concerned SHO with direction to compliance the order and submit progress report. Put off to 26.12.2024. for compliance. |
