Notice to DDPP , notice waived by DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.25. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.26 that accused Aslam son of Shah Dost Bangwar is hereby acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. The accused is produced in custody through video link and he is remanded back along with acquittal intimation with direction to jail authorities to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required in relation to any other case. |
