Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open court. The instant application is allowed. The applicant shall furnish P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,00000/- (One hundred lacs only). The applicant shall not sell, transfer, change the colour, or alter the description of the vehicle till final disposal of the case.
