The P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio Advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Qalab @ Qalab Hussain son of Hidayatullah Jagirani in crime No.383/2025 of PS Kamber city for offence u/s 440, 506/2, 337-H2, 427, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 09.01.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety which is provisionally accepted by this court. Issue notice to DPP for the state, Complainant and call for police papers. |
