This court has called progress report from main FIR No. 65/2025 of PS Adilpur, as per report of learned II-Civil Judge & JM, Ghotki, the case is pending for final challan. It is noted with great concerned that SHO PS Adilpur is very reluctant to submit final report under section 173 Cr.P.C within time, he used to avoids mandatory provisions of law, hence it is n3ecessary to report his conduct to his competent authority and call him in person. He shall explain his position as to why such practice and is continued since long. This fact is also submitted by learned II-Civil Judge & JM, Ghotki, that police from PS Adilpur is non cooperative in proceedings especially in submission of final reports under section 173 Cr.P.C. Call report from Magistrate concerned about the status of present case and conduct of SHO PS Adilpur regarding non submission of final report in detail. Issue letter to SSP Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo, he shall appear in person along with SHO PS Adilpur. SSP shall collect the record of the FIRs from SHO PS Adilpur that in how much cases/FIRs he has not submitted final report under section 173 Cr.P.C and shall furnish on the next date with explanation and reply of SHO PS Adilpur.
