Cr.Case called. The learned ADPP for the state is present. Accused Abdul Ghaffar and Ghulam Mohammad are present . While accused Sadam and Afzal are declared as P.Os. Issue letter to NADRA for blocking of their CNICs of absconders accused. Charge against accused is framed at Ex.04 to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed trial vide plea recorded at Ex.04/A & 04/B. Issue summons to complainant and all P.Ws.
