Case called. Accused Abdullah is produced through video-link by jail authority viz. Central Prison, Hyderabad, while remaining accused Aijaz and Ali Dino are shown as absconder in challan sheet. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Process viz. NBW against absconders accused returned un-served by process server, his Statement on oath has been recorded at Exh.01. He produced the un-executed NBW alongwith endorsement and statements of two witnesses namely Fateh Ali and Gul Sher alongwith their CNICs at Exh.01/A to Exh.01/F respectively. Order passed on it. The above named accused are hereby declared as absconders. Proceedings against the absconders accused shall be initiated in accordance with section 87 & 88 Cr.P.C simultaneously. To come up on 22.12.2025 for Service. Accused is remanded to jail custody. Issue proclamation U/S 87 and 88 Cr.P.C against absconders accused. |
