Crl. B.A U/S 498 Cr. P.C is called. Applicant/accused Shahzad Chandio is present on interim pre-arrest bail. Mr. Faheem Ghaloo, learned advocate for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Notice issued against complainant returned served upon complainant. Complainant namely Babar Khan is present and filed his affidavit of no objection wherein he stated that he has compromised with the accused and settled the dispute with them outside the court. Therefore, he raised no objection if the bail is confirmed to the applicant/accused named above. Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open Court. The interim pre-arrest bail earlier granted to the applicant/accused vide orders dated 08.12.2025 is hereby confirmed in the same terms and conditions. The applicant/accused is directed to join investigation/ trial. The bail application in hand stands disposed of accordingly. |
