On 26.6.2025.The accused Diam appeared in custody from District jail, Ghotki in some other case and submitted an application for surrounding him in this case. From the perusal of case it reflect that accused was convicted by this court vide judgment dated 12.12.2023, he alongwith co-accused were preferred appeal before the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur vide criminal appeal No: S-154/2023 and same was dismissed to the extent of accused Diam and Khalid vide judgment dated 05.12.2024. Now the accused voluntarily appeared and he is remanded to Central Prison Sukkur through District Suprintendent Ghotki to serve his remaining sentence. |

Accused Daim Khan @ Daim son of Jeewan Khan @ Jeewan, Khalid Ahmed @ Khalid son of Qaimuddin, Javed Ali @ Javed son of Daim Khan @ Daim and Mehtab Ali @ Mehtab son of Daim Khan @ Daim all by caste Kobhar found guilty of offences punishable U/Ss.452, 324, 337-F(iii), 337-H(ii), 114, 148PPC R/W S. 149 PPC. I, therefore convict them in terms of section 265-H(2) and sentenced him as under:- U/S 452 PPC R/W S. 114 & 149 PPC All accused are sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for five years and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each. In default thereof, they shall suffer S.I for three months more. U/S 324 PPC R/W S. 114 & 149 PPC All accused are sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for seven years and to pay fine of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) each. In default thereof, they shall suffer S.I for three months more. U/S 337-F (iii) PPC: Accused Daim and Khalid are sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two yearsand pay Daman Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each to injured and in case of failure of payment of Daman they shall suffer S.I for three months. U/S 337-H(ii) PPC R/W S. 114 & 149 PPC All accused are sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two months and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each. In default thereof, they shall suffer S.I for 15 days more. U/S 148 PPC R/W S. 114 & 149 PPC All accused are sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each. In default thereof, they shall suffer S.I for one month more.All the sentences awarded to accused shall run concurrently. However benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is extended to accused. Accused are present on bail their bail bonds cancelled and surety stands discharged. Accused are taken into custody and remanded to C.P Sukkur through Superintendent District Jail Ghotki along with conviction slip and warrant to serve out the sentence according to law.
