Thereafter, the matter was fixed on 22.09.2026, but the said I.O failed to appear or submit the required report without any intimation. Such delinquency on his part appears to be blatant defiance of the solemn order passed by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana, therefore, a letter be issued to SSP Kashmore @ Kandhkot for initiating departmental/disciplinary proceedings against the delinquent officer and ensure the submission of the compliance report alongwith the supplementary investigation report in terms of the order of the Honourable High Court within three (03) days positively. Case put off to.06.10.2026, for evidence/further proceedings.
