The counsel for both the parties submitted that in continuation of the order passed on the application 7 Rule 11 CPC, which was dismissed, the FRA was preferred, which was also dismissed, and the Constitution Petition was preferred, which has been decided on 18.08.2026. According to the counsel for the opponent No.2, certain observations have been made by the Judge of the Hon???ble High Court of Sindh with regard to the course/line of action to be followed by this Court. He submitted that he will obtain the copy within a day or two and to provide the same to the Court; thereafter, this Court may proceed with the matter. Let the matter be fixed for the evidence of the applicant/further hearing on the next date. Matter is adjourned to 22.08.2026. It is relevant to mention here that this rent case pertains to the year 2024 and, as per the statutory requirement and as per the NJPMC directives, the rent case is to be decided within six months. Therefore, the counsel for the opponent No.2 is hereby put on notice that this rent case, along with the Civil Suit No.291/2022, shall be fixed on a weekly basis, he is required to seek instructions from his senior with regard to the fixed day and time of the week??? |
