SHO PS A.Section Ghotki produce minor detenue Abdullah through private respondents. Heard and perused the record. Separate order passed and announced in open court. The custody of minor is handed over to petitioner with condition that she will allow her father and grandfather to meet as and when desires without creating any nuisance. In this regard, painter shall furnish PR bond in the sum of of Rs.10,00,000 (In words Ten Lace Rupees). PR bond furnished by applicant before the Accountant of Sessions Court Ghotki, which is taken on record. In view of above, application in hand stands disposed of, accordingly.
