Cr.Case called. ADPP for the state. Accused 1.Allah Rakhiyo @ Papoo, 2.Saeed Ahmed and 3.Ghulam Nabi are present on bail. While accused Abdul Shakoor, Mehboob and Insaaf are declared as P.Os. Issue letter to NADRA for blocking of their CNICs of absconders accused. Charge against present accused framed at Ex.04, to which they pleaded not guilty and claimed for their trial vide pleas recorded at Ex.04/A to 04/D. Issue summons to complainant and all P.Ws.
