Suit called. Learned counsel for plaintiff is present. Suit is fixed for service upon all defendants. Process is returned duly served upon defendants No.01 to 04, as per report of bailiff of this Court. As such these defendants (No. 01 to 04) are served good and so, required to file their written statements, within statutory period.
