Crl. Case called. Accused are present on bail. ADPP for the State and DC are present. As per record, charge of the case framed on 16.08.2025 and since then the case is fixed for recording evidence of prosecution witnesses. More-so, as per record the complainant is in tendency of remaining absent, since the charge has been framed despite of adopting coressive measures against complainant viz. Bw and 87 Cr. PC on the other hand witnesses to the complainant Jamal, Mst. Hakeeman and Mst. Sanam have remained randomly in presence but till date they have not been examined by the prosecution but mere their rendomly presence on the record. As the official P.Ws are concerned non of them made their presence since the charge has been framed so under the circumstances, let BWs issued against all official Pws including IO and as well issue letter for stopping of salary of official P.Ws. On 23.07.2026, proceedings u/s 88 Cr. Pc were adopted against complainant but yet not received the same from concerned Mukhtiarkar. Let the reminder be issued to the concerned for submission of report of 88 Cr. PC for complainant. Accused are directed to attend on 27.10.2026. |
