Mr. Anwar Shahzad Khattak defence counsel for accused called absent despite several calls. Per file in hand charge in this case was framed on 11.11.2025 at Ex.02 and the learned defence counsel Mr. Anwar Shahzad Khattak proceeded this case as well as cross examined concerned medical officer (Ex.03) on 10.12.2025 and thereafter sought adjournment which this Court granted with direction to proceed case on next date. It is too painful to observe that the learned counsel after announcement of conviction passed in Sessions Case No.20/2025 State Vs. Shahbaz Ahmed urif Shahbaz & Others U/S 375-A PPC, FIR No. 39/2025 PS Mangli) became annoyed and used contemptuous language against under signed in open Court continuously for around half an hour which was witnessed by Naib Court, the learned ADPP Mr. Jamaluddin Baladi as well as several other advocates including Mr. Tarique Mehboob, Mr. Asim Rasool Sidhu, Mr. Mir Mal Oad and Mr. Bhagwan Das, and they after his such conduct for around half an hour moved him outside Court Room and I being sub ordinate judicial Officer kept quiet. As for as this case is concerned he sent adjournment application due to such personal grudge and nothing else even without disclosing number of alleged transfer application or even its P.S copy. However, in order to avoid further propaganda and demoralization of mine at his hands and his team, this case is adjourned to 13.02.2026 for evidence. Munshi Imran Khan who brought adjournment application is directed to inform the learned counsel Mr. Khattak to produce copy of stay order, if any or to appear and to proceed this case on next date in accordance with law.
