Perusal of record it appears that the accused persons were arrested in Crime No. 372/2023 U/S: 353/324/302/34 registered at P.S Peerabad and were remanded in judicial custody on 19.06.2023 from the Court J.M 03 West. On 26.06.2024 I.O ASI Abid Shah filed an application for issuance of P.O but the then concerned clerk failed to comply the directions. Till today accused were not produced before the Court in above crime. Case is adjourned and put up on 31.05.2025 for SOC.
