In compliance of above order, police alongwith lady searcher, visited the residential address of respondent Sadiq Khan and conducted though search but the detainee Mst. Iqbra Bibi was not found there, such report was submitted, which is kept on record.?????? Respondent No.1 in person present and has stated that the detenue is the daughter of his cousin and had been residing with him for the last 08 years for the purpose of taking education. He further stated that on 17.05.2026, the mother & brother of alleged detenue took her to their native village in Punjab, where they solemnized her marriage?????????????????????? Thus, in the light of above facts and circumstances I am of the view that the detainee Mst. Iqra has not been found & illegally detained at the residence of respondent No.1, therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed, as infructious. |
