The P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ali Bux Chandio Advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Akhtar @ Akhtiar Ali, 02. Abdul Hakeem @ Hakeem @ Mullan son Gullan, 03. Mashooque Ali son of Khalid Hussain, 04. Rab Dino son of Muhammad Soomar, 05. Ali Dino son of Lal Dino @ Ali Murad, 06. Ali Nawaz son of Muhammad Wariyal all by caste Kori / Kalhoro in crime No.54/2025 of PS Drigh PP Dost Ali for offence u/s 324, 452, 109, 114, 337-Ai, Fi, 337-H2, 429, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 09.01.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety which is provisionally accepted by this court. Issue notice to DPP for the state, Complainant and call for police papers. |
