Case called, accused Aslam, Soomer, Barkat, Shoukat, Khanzado and Kamran are absconders and declared as POs. DDPP for the state is present. PW PC Lehaque is present, no other PW is present. Case proceeded. D/O PW PC Lehaque recorded at Ex.5 and he produced memo of place of incident R&R at Ex.5. The DDPP for the state closed the side of prosecution vide statement at Ex.6 with prayer to keep the case on dormant file. Heard.
