Matter called. DH along with her counsel are present. Report received from concerned PS wherein he stated that the JD is not residing at mentioned address and he shifted to province of Punjab. Counsel for DH requested to this court for issuance of warrant through Honorable Session Judge upon JD to District Faisalabad, Punjab address Chak No. 53, G-B, Manzoor Poor Jaranwala, Tehsil Faisalabad, Punjab. Counsel for DH claim that JD has not comply the Decree of this court & he is deliberaty avoiding the same. Therefore issue warrant of arrest against him. In late hours. Jr. Counsel for JD is present and informed this court that Total Amount of Decree holder was Rs. 396306/- & JD already submitted through online receipts of different amount which he has sent to DH & JD has submitted total amount Rs. 420000/- as such Decree has been satisfied. He admitted that further maintenance of plaintiff No. 2/Minor is yet to be paid, in this regard JD has filed appeal & such appeal has been pending in appellant court & DH is contesting the same. Same is pending for arguments. He further informed that on next date of hearing he would submit current receipts of payment through online transaction in this court. Meanwhile he requested that warrant of arrest be suspended & JD is directed to submitted proof of current maintenance in this court and appear in person to satisfy this court, that he has satisfy decree and has been paying maintenance amount to minor.
