Judgment passed and announced in open Court at Ex.21 that accused Piyaro son of Sarho alias Siraj Sabzoi is guilty of the offence punishable U/S 324 and 337-D PPC. and by taking lenient view convicted and sentenced to under-go R.I for three years for an offence punishable U/S 324 PPC and to pay fine of Rs.20000(Twenty thousand) and in case of failure of payment of fine, he shall further suffer to undergo S.I for three Months and accused Piyaro also convicted and sentenced to undergo R.I for three years for an offence punishable under section 337-D PPC and to pay fine/arsh of Rs. 50000/- (Fifty thousand) to be paid to victim Abdul Ghafoor and in case of failure of payment of arsh he shall further suffer to undergo SI for six months. Both the sentences awarded to accused should run concurrently. However benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is extended to accused. Accused is present in custody, remanded back to jail authority with direction to serve out the sentences awarded to him.
