This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Amjad Ali Abbasi advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Amjad Ali son of Ali Akbar by caste Khoonharo in Crime No.34/2026 of PS Kamber City PP Pakho for offence U/S 399,402,324,353,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 09.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
