Bail before arrest called. Applicant/accused named above called absent. Learned counsel for the applicant/ accused is also absent, while learned ADPP for the state is present.???????????????????????????? Today since morning above named applicant/ accused called absent without intimation or application, it is now 01:00 PM. From perusal of R & P it appears that accused on interim bail on 15.09.2026, however, up till now he is failed to furnished required surety amount. ??The relief of bail before arrest is an extraordinary relief which cannot be granted/extended in absence of accused.?? The applicant/ accused was required to be present on time, ??after furnishing surety, but he remained absent, therefore, bail before arrest application in hand stands dismissed in non prosecution, therefore, interim bail granted to applicant/accused vide order dated 15.09.2026 stands recalled. |
