Accused Mumtaz and Samiullah are produced in custody from District Prison & Correctional Facility Ghotki while accused No.3, while accused Rafique Ahmed, Abdul Rehman, Anwar Ali and Ahsan Ali are present on bail. However on perusal it is fixed at the stage of statement of accused under section 342 Cr.PC; henceforth office is directed to maintain proper stage in CFMS-DC immediately.
