Case called. Accused Rasheed ahmed is present on bail.Accused Gul,Yousif alias Jouso,Tindo,Saboo,Saifal and Yaseen were already declared as POs vide order dated:3.12.2010.Heard. order passed and announced in open court. For what has been discussed above the compromise is accepted. Accordingly, the parties are allowed to compromise the offence and as a result of which, accused namely Rasheed Ahmed is acquitted under section 345-(6) of Criminal Procedure Code, on the basis of compromise. Accused is present on bail his bail bond stands cancelled and surety discharged,while the case against PO accused be kept on dormant file.Issue NBW sine-die against them.Let the copy of order be sent to SHO PS concerned for information. |
