Order passed on order sheet, It appears that service upon defendants No.01 to 02(a) to (e) (3) is improper for the reasons that report of Bailiff is un-clear that who has acknowledged summons/notices on behalf of all of these private defendants No.01, 02 (a) to (e)-iii as on the original copy of summons/notice, a thumb impression is put with CNIC number, but the name of concerned is even not cited in report. If such a report is considered as good, it may be adverse to these defendants, who are particularly not present today, nor were present on the last date. Service upon defendants No.03 to 07 is held good. Put off to ....21-11-2025 for written statements/objections by defendants No.03 to 07.
