Case called. Accused Tayab is present on bail and submitted an application for condonation of last date of hearing. Order passed on it. Condoned. While accused Arbab Ali is shown as absconder. Leared ADPP is present. Process viz. NBW against absconder accused was returned un-served by process server, his Statement on oath has been recorded at Exh.01. He produced the un-executed NBW with endorsement and statements of two witnesses alongwith their CNICs at Exh.01/A to Exh.01/E respectively. Order passed on it. The above named accused is hereby declared as absconder. Proceedings against the absconder accused shall be initiated in accordance with section 87 & 88 Cr.P.C simultaneously. To come up on 10.12.2025 for Service. Present accused is directed to attend. Issue proclamation U/S 87 and 88 Cr.P.C. against absconder accused without fail. |
