Statement of process server is recorded at Ex-1, he produced his report along with un- executed NBW, report and notice U/s 514 Cr.P.C at Ex-1/A, Ex1/B, and Ex1/C. In the light of the statement of process server, This court has satisfied that the above named accused could not have been traced out by the process server and there is no possibility of arrest of the accused namely Hamza son of Sadaqat in near future. Therefore, the accused is hereby declared as absconder. Issue proclamation U/s 87 & warrant of attachment U/s 88 Cr,.P.C against him. The surety holder has also failed to procure the attendance of accused. The bail bond of accused is already forfeited. Therefore, full amount of penalty of Rs. 30,000/- is imposed upon the surety holder namely Salman son of Minhaj Ali.
