Received Bail application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicants/accused (1) Arz Muhammad son of Kareem Bux (2) Ameer Bux son of Hazoor Bux (3) Gul Hassan son of Muhammad Usman (4) Abdullah son of Illahi Bux (5) Suhrab son of Arz Muhammad and (6) Ali Asghar alias Asghar son of Moula Bux all by caste chachar are present along with their counsel Miss Bella Rani Malik. Interim pre-arrest bail granted to accused in the sum of Rs:20,000 (twenty thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount. The deponent Moula Bux son of Mitho by caste Chachar r/o village Hamzo Chachar filed affidavit along with original letter of registration of motorcycle Honda 70 cc and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs:20,000 (twenty thousand)each and P.R bond in the like amount. Order passed on it. Surety accepted provisionally subject to report. The learned counsel for applicant filed statement with regard to joining the investigation by the accused persons which is taken on record.
