Today the accused has thricely been called absent in spite of 30 days next to the publication of proclamation u/s. 87 Cr.P.C against the accused. Case against accused Asmatullah be kept on dormant filed till his arrest. Let issue life arrest warrant against the absconder accused named above. Further in view of guidelines settled by Honourable High Court of Sindh in case of Nasrullah V/s SHO PS. Jacobabad & others reported in PLD 2016 Sindh 238, let case be fixed on quarterly basis calling progress report of arrest of absconding accused from SHO concerned.
