Complainant namely Qayoom filed an application for producing his witness on next date of hearing detailed separate order passed on it " The above titled case is pending on the file of this court since year 2024, wherein charge against accused persons were framed on 24.04.2025. Thereafter process against the witnesses have been issued time to time, but they did not come to court for recording their evidence in the aforementioned case/crime. Thereafter this court issued process against witnesses through all modes of service in shape of Summon, BWs & NBWs through Process Cell, SHOs and through Senior Superintendent of Police Naushahro Feroze, despite repeated opportunities witnesses have not appeared before the court till date. The process cell as well SHO concerned were directed time again to ensure service and appearance of the said witnesses, but to no avail. Today complainant is attended before this court and sought time for attendance of remaining PWs, moving adjournment application for producing witnesses before this court. He was directed to proceed with the matter as it is an old one. The complainant agreed to record the evidence and prepare for the same at the office of learned ADPP. Thereafter, he escaped from the office of the learned prosecution without prior permission and stated that he would get the case transferred from this court to another court. It appears that matter is being unnecessarily lingered due to non cooperation of the complainant including his witnesses and more than 6 months have been consumed after charge frame but no any fruitful result would come. Therefore complainant is strictly directed to produce the witnesses on next date of hearing, otherwise this court has no alternate except to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law. " .
