The present suit has been received by way of transfer from the Honourable High Court of Sindh after the amendment made in Sindh Civil Court Act (Sindh Civil Court Amended Act, 2025). Perusal of contents of plaint and its prayer clauses, the plaintiff has filed the instant suit for Permanent Injunction and Damages against the defendants in respect of land admeasuring 189 acres 09 ghuntas and 58 square yards, situated in Deh Mokhi Deh Nagan, Deh Bijar Bhatti and Deh Taiser falling within the Taiser Town Scheme No.45, Karachi and the subject property does not fall within the jurisdiction of District Court Malir. Therefore, let the reference be made to the Honourable High Court of Sindh for appropriate order. Put off to 19.07.2025 for further order.
