Accused persons submitted application for plead guilt dully forwarded by ASP Prison Nara at Ex.03. Order passed on it. Issue show cause u/s 243 Cr.P.C to accused. Show cause u/s 243 Cr.P.C issued to accused at Ex.04. Accused submitted reply of show cause at Ex.05. Order passed on separate sheet at Ex.06, whereby both the accused convicted u/s 243 Cr.P.C and sentenced with fine in sum of Rs.1000/- each. Office is directed to issue conviction warrant of accused persons and send the same to concerned prison. |
