Received certified true copy of order dated 04.05.2026 of C.R App No.S-05/2022 Re: Azeemuddin VS Jam Abdul Jabbar & others from Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur vide kind honour's office letter No.8126/HCSS/C.R.A.S-05/2022 Sukkur dated 23.05.2026 wherein it is ordered that there are material irregularities and illegalities in the Judgment dated 28.10.2021passed by the Additional District Judge, Daharki in C.A No.94/2021 and in the order dated 15.06.2021 passed by the Senior Civil Judge Daharki in FCS No.241/2021 each are set aside and the application maintained U/R 11 of order VII of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 is dismissed. The matter is hence remanded to the Senior Civil Judge Daharki to adjudicate FCS No.241/2021 on its own merits. This Revision application is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
