Accused submitted application for plead his guilt dully forwarded by ASP Prison Nara at Ex.03. Order passed on it. Issue show cause u/s 243 Cr.P.C to accused. Show cause u/s 243 Cr.P.C issued to accused at Ex.04. Accused submitted reply of show cause at Ex.05. Order passed on separate sheet at Ex.06, whereby accused Jan Muhammad convicted u/s 243 Cr.P.C and sentenced with fine in sum of Rs.1000/-. Office is directed to issue conviction warrant of accused and send the same to concerned prison. |
