Station house officer of Police Station Jouharabad, Karachi is directed to record statement of applicant/petitioner in his verbatim & if cognizable offence is made out from statement of applicant/petitioner then incorporated same in book of FIR and if matter pertains to a non-cognizable offence, then to proceed in accordance with law as provided U/S 155 Cr.P.C. Nevertheless, if it is found that application of the applicant/petitioner is false then S.H.O may proceed against the applicant/petitioner under Section 182 P.P.C. Application is allowed in above terms. |
