Cr. Misc: Application called. In compliance of directions of this court ASI Sadhayo Khan of PS Daharki along with lady police constable Afshan B.No. 4609, produced the detainee Mst Nadia from safe house Mirpur Mathelo, she is examined on oath. From the statement of alleged detainee, she made serious allegation against her husband that he is keeping her in improper custody, she wants to go with her mother (applicant), she appears sui juris, set at liberty to go where ever she desires. However to protect her life and liberty, her mother is directed to furnish P.R bond in the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- with condition that she will allow detainee to meet with her husband as and when she desired. By the above reasons the petition in hand stands disposed off. Applicant/mother of detainee Mst Nadida furnished P.R bond in the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lac) and same has been taken on record. Let office is directed to consign the R&Ps to record after completion of usual formalities. |
