Sessions Judge-II, Ghotki, in BA No. 59/2026. ADPP for the State is present. Today the case is fixed for prosecution evidence as per record the charge has already been framed by learned Predecessor Judge on 09.2.2026, since then the case is fixed for the evidence of the complainant , his PWs and official witness. As per record since the charge is framed the complainant and his PWs have remained intendency of random appearance. On further perusal of record it appears that the complainant and his PWs have made their appearance in result of coercive measures viz. NBWs against complainant and his private PWs. As vivid from diary dated15.4.2026, 20.5.2026, 15.6.2026, 03.7.2026 as per these diaries BWs as well as NBWs have been issued against the complainant and his private witness. ADPP for the state is present. Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant and PW Ali Nawaz are present and early in the morning they shown their consent to proceed with the case but at the eleventh hour complainant submitted and adjournment application on the ground that his vision is getting blurry and he is unable to read and recall his statement and deposed before this court, hence the matter may be adjourned. Order passed on application submitted by the complainant by keeping in view the very genuine ground mentioned by him in his adjournment application the complainant is advised and directed to get his eyes checkup from an OPHTHALMOLIGIST and get his diagnosis of his eyes till next date of hearing without fail. The complainant is also directed to submit his appointment letter with an OPHTHALMOLIGIST and ensure his eyes treatment till next date of hearing or obtained any glasses for his eyes till next date of hearing so that he may be able to read and recall his official statement and give his evidence. It is warn to the complainant that in future the case shall not be delayed on the ground of the complainant being his eye sight weak or blur if he fails to get any treatment or diagnosis regarding his eyes. Matter is adjourned in the larger interest of justice. Put off to 10.10.2026
